Install
- Upload your vBulletin in .zip or .tar format to the folder that you wish your forum to be located in. eg: /home/
/public_html/forums - Create a Support Ticket with the following information:
- FTP login
- FTP password
- MySQL Details (if you do not know these, tell us and we will create them for you)
- vBulletin Customer Number (required to install the product)
- Create a Support Ticket with the following information:
- Old host IP address
- Old Host username/password
Included with your vBulletin Hosting plan is the ability to request vBulletin-specific support in the Helpdesk.
Note: our vBulletin Hosting plans do not come with/include vBulletin Forum Software. You must purchase a license for vBulletin
