Two or Three days ago, several of you reported to me that you were unable to view your sites.
I was also unable to view them, and began an investigation.
This led me from Auckland to California and back with no joy. Everything was functioning fine at the server end, and I had no difficulty resolving sites with
www.dnsstuff.com ... so I was puzzled.
Then I discovered that everyone who was having difficulties was on Xtra...and people not on Xtra could see all the sites fine.
Xtra, after several calls back and forth, finally noticed that their DNS servers (for some reason) had no record for the Sparklehosting nameservers. This was updated 5 May, at around Noon.

I apologise for any frustration that this may have caused you...but it just goes to show, if you are having difficulties accessing sites, it might just be your ISPs fault.
