    Integrated Support System up and Running

    The 'HELPDESK' link in the header now leads to the new, refined Support System.

    If you are a Sparkle Hosting customer, please use this new system for your Support Tickets.

    It allows you to submit tickets and receive email notifications when they are answered by the Support team.
